The Together Let's Take Care of Health programme, run by Biedronka, has been recognised as the best well-being initiative in the country.

Biedronka received the main prize in the social campaign category in the OLX Praca! competition.

On January 10, 2021, a virtual New Year's Eve party was held for all employees of our network. The event was organized in cooperation with the Event Partners Agency.

We have changed just as much as the reality of Poland has changed over the last quarter of a century.” These are the words of the chain’s chief executive, Luís Araujo, which appeared in a letter to staff to mark Biedronka’s 25th anniversary.

At Biedronka, we are constantly working on becoming a better employer. Despite many challenges, external experts have appreciated our activities in many areas related to HR policy, which we are incredibly proud of. Thanks to this, we know that our work matters!

The 2019/2020 edition of the corporate Campus Ambassador Program selected 21 talented students from all over Poland who began their adventure with Jeronimo Martins in October 2019.
