WE DIFFER– and we feel good about it!

Our team consists of over 89,000 people with different experiences, skills and needs.

We employ individuals who are just starting their careers, as well as those with years of experience. We strive to ensure that people with disabilities have a real opportunity to work in retail—with a sense of security, belonging, and purpose.

This is one of the reasons why, since 2024, we have had a stand in Biedronka stores that is most adapted to the needs of people with disabilities – Self-Service Checkout Assistant. Last year, a position was also created SHR Contact Center specialist  to handle the hotline for employees calling about HR matters.
