Yes, Biedronka offers over 20 support programmes and benefits for all employees regardless of their place of origin.

You need to know Polish at a minimum communicative level in order to apply to office-based positions at Jeronimo Martins Polska, although there are special exceptions due to the international nature of our company.

We are often looking for people with fluent English in the IT department due to the international nature of this department. However, this does not mean, that as an international you do not have the opportunity to develop your career in other departments.

The recruitment process varies depending on the position you are opting for. At the very beginning of the process, a recruiter assesses the qualifications and competencies of candidates related to the requirements of the desired role. If the candidate successfully passes this stage of the application, the recruiter will reach out by phone to check the motivation of the candidate. The recruiter will then invite the candidate to an in-person meeting were the current representative of the department might be present. At the very end of the recruitment process, feedback is given to the candidate.
