What I appreciate most about Biedronka is the people and the dynamic atmosphere – no two days are ever the same. I find real satisfaction in building a close-knit team and having a genuine impact on how our shops operate every day.

What gives me the greatest satisfaction is seeing people develop their skills and gain confidence. As a trainer, I have the opportunity to support employees on their career paths, share my knowledge and help them discover their own potential. I believe that we achieve the best results when we grow together.

This programme has changed not only my perspective on the organisation, but also on myself. I’ve gained the confidence that my voice matters – no matter who I’m talking to. Fifteen months of experience in operations, logistics and the supply chain have shown me just how much goes on behind the scenes in our organisation and how much I can contribute.

I like working at Biedronka, and as a recruiter I work with almost all departments of the company and meet candidates and managers from different areas every day. I am happy that I have an influence on the selection of professionals who join us. And everything I learn from them broadens my horizons.

I am satisfied with my job because I do what I like. I started my adventure as a Salesperson-Cashier, then Biedronka gave me the opportunity to develop and I currently work in a 14-person team that trains employees for various positions. Thanks to this job, I have met many wonderful people with whom I can share my knowledge and experience.

The Management Trainee programme allows you to view the company from various perspectives and gain a better understanding of how the entire organisation works. For me, the most valuable part was meeting directors from different departments who had themselves started out as Management Trainees, as their stories showed me that this programme offers real opportunities for development and opens many doors. The relationships with other trainees are also of great value; we grow together, share experiences and can rely on one another even outside of work.

Akcja Operacja was a tremendous opportunity for me to develop and see Biedronka from a completely different perspective. Over the course of 15 months, I gained experience in various areas, got to know people from across the organisation and made a conscious choice about the direction of my future career. Today, I know that this programme really did accelerate my development.
