Biedronka with the best employee wellbeing program!

The Together Let's Take Care of Health program, run by Biedronka, was recognized as the best well-being initiative in the country at the CSR Poland Awards 2025. The largest companies in Poland took part in the competition, but it was Biedronka that won the jury's recognition by offering employees the widest preventive package.

What does the Together Let’s Take Care of Our Health program offer?

✅ The program allows employees to benefit from a free, comprehensive blood test package, dedicated separately to women and men.

✅ It contains precisely selected elements – so that the results obtained are as useful as possible in assessing health. By taking part in the program, employees could test not only glucose levels or general morphology, but also the most common tumor markers, liver tests or vitamin D.

Why did our initiative gain recognition?

🏆 Scale of operation – in 2024, over 37.5 thousand employees benefited from the program;
🏆 Accessibility – based on your feedback, we have changed the program formula and provided access to tests at the nearest diagnostic point;
🏆 A wide range of benefits – in addition to blood tests, the program also included breast, thyroid and abdominal ultrasound as well as free psychological and psychiatric consultations;
🏆 Promoting a healthy lifestyle – attention was drawn to the Sports Challenge, which encouraged movement and taking care of fitness;
🏆 Record budget for health prevention.

That's it second prize, which we have gained in recent months! In December we received the title Dream Employer for the strategy of support programs. Both awards confirm that our actions bring real results.
