The Management Trainee program at Biedronka – the 30th anniversary edition begins

Biedronka is opening recruitment for the 30th edition of its Management Trainee Talent Program. This prestigious, two-year development program offers an accelerated career path for future business leaders. In this anniversary edition, participants can choose from two development paths: general business or finance.

What is Management Trainee Programme?

The Management Trainee Programme is an international leadership program implemented by the Jeronimo Martins Group in all of its operating countries. In Poland, program participants have the opportunity to learn about two brands from the Biedronka Group portfolio: Hebe and Biedronka.

The program is aimed at final-year students and graduates who want to:

  • gain practical business experience,

  • learn about the functioning of a large organization from the inside,

  • develop leadership competencies,

  • have a real impact on the company's development.

Two paths of development

This year, candidates can choose one of two directions of development – financial and general business.

👉 A new feature of this edition is the finance track, which will allow you to better understand how financial decisions impact the day-to-day running of a business. The program focuses on finance, controlling, and business analysis, and is complemented by a rotation in operations.

👉 The second, already well-known track is the general business track, which includes rotations in departments such as logistics, supply chain, purchasing, finance, marketing, and HR. It provides the opportunity to learn about the organization from different perspectives, complemented by rotations in operations.

Why is it worth participating in the MT program?

Program participants receive:

  • employment contract from day one,
  • salary PLN 9,300 gross per month,

  • annual raises and discretionary bonuses,

  • access to over 20 employee benefits, including: private medical care, co-financing for a sports card, e-codes for shopping at Biedronka, and a well-being platform.

The Management Trainee Programme guarantees the development of hard and soft skills through participation in a dedicated training and development programme with the possibility of taking up a junior manager position after 2 years of the programme.

Who is Biedronka looking for?

We are looking for candidates who:

  • are students in their final years of study or graduates within 2–3 years of completing their studies,

  • communicate in English at least at B2 level,

  • are available for full-time work from the beginning of July,

  • demonstrate ambition, determination and a desire to develop,

  • want to gain experience in a dynamic business environment.
