Biedronka Christmas Package: Airfryer, Shopping Credits, and Christmas Party

As part of this year's holiday package, celebrating its 30th anniversary, the company allocated a record amount – nearly PLN 200 million – for employees and their families. Biedronka prepared 171,600 packages, including 88,500 for employees and 83,100 for children, tailored to four age categories. The total value of a package for an employee is approximately PLN 630, and for a child – approximately PLN 360.

What did the Biedronka team and their children receive this year?

• For employees: a culinary hit – a Tefal fat-free fryer and a set of sweets.
• For children 0-2 years: plush Benny the rabbit projector, 4 puzzle sets, colorful Noah's Ark, stickers and washable tattoos.
• For children 3–6 years: MagicJinn Animals toy, board game, magnetic blocks, puzzle and creative kit with self-hardening clay.
• For children 7–10 years old: "Maze Challenge", board game, world and solar system map puzzle, 3D pen, stickers, puzzles and water bottle.
• For teenagers aged 11-18: portable projector, 3D model of the Eiffel Tower, card game, water bottle, backpack with reflectors.

💰 E-code top-up

This is the fourth Christmas bonus this year, with e-codes ranging from PLN 610 to PLN 670. In total, in 2025, employees will receive an additional PLN 1,480 to PLN 1,720, depending on their income level.

E-codes are a special means of payment that can be used to pay in Biedronka stores and Hebe drugstores.

💃 Christmas integration

A permanent element of the package is the Christmas and New Year's party, which promotes team integration and building relationships.

🛒 Shopping vouchers

Just before Christmas, employees of stores, distribution centers, offices and selected groups of co-workers received vouchers with a discount of up to PLN 1,000 for purchases in the Biedronka chain.
