Biedronka is starting its 2025 summer recruitment tour. From June 24 to July 4, we invite you to meetings with Biedronka recruiters.

Over the past few months, students from all over Poland have been participating in a series of workshops and meetings that support their development as future leaders.

The second part of the Young Talents 4 Biedronka program is behind us! The teams worked on real business challenges under the supervision of mentors from Biedronka.

Biedronka has launched a new talent program – Akcja Operacja. This is an intensive year of development for 18 participants who are preparing to take on key management positions.

Over the course of several weeks, Biedronka visited 5 universities across Poland to meet with students and present career development programs.

Biedronka had the pleasure to participate in the final of a prestigious event that promotes project management among students from Poland.

Biedronka joined SheLeads Tomorrow, whose goal is to support young women in discovering and developing their leadership potential.
