If you are a Biedronka employee employed under an employment contract, all you need to do is talk to your supervisor about the possibility of being seconded to one of our chain stores located in a tourist town for the holiday period.

- summer bonus of PLN 600 gross per month,
- combining work with vacation.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, we only employ adults to work at Biedronka.
The recruitment process is very simple. Just apply to the chosen location and wait for our recruiter to review your application. If you pass this process positively, you will be invited to an interview (in person or by phone) and then - we will welcome you on board! Remember that you do not have to attach a CV to the application.
Under the contract of mandate that we offer for summer work, you will earn from PLN 30.50/hour gross. In selected locations, the rate is higher - it is even PLN 32/hour gross. Remember that if you are under 26 and have student status, then gross = net!
The contract for services is signed for a period of one month – it may then be extended for another period.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ongoing customer service on the sales floor and at the self-service checkout;
- Working with merchandise – displaying, taking care of the display;
- Ensuring cleanliness standards in and around the store.
