For ambitious, out-of-the-box students and graduates, we have prepared talent programs that open doors to a career in the retail industry. In 2024, in cooperation with Our Future Foundation, we also launched the innovative Young Talents 4 Biedronka competition.

Through these collaborations, we show young people that Biedronka is an attractive place to work, where they can build and develop their careers. We present students and graduates with a convenient environment in which they can expand their competences.

Poznań University of Economics

We participate in the School of Leaders, as well as in job fairs.

School Complex in Swarzędz

We have a patronage class of IT and we cooperate with the economy class. Several dozen interns work in our Poznań CUW and Data Processing Center.

School Complex in Olsztynek

We organize meetings for school students in our state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Stawiguda.

University of Engineering and Health in Warsaw

Biedronka became the substantive supervisor of the diploma theses of WSIiZ students.

Revas

We are the main partner of the Academic Management Championships, which take place in the Biedronka store simulation.

Logistics and Transport Graduates Club

We are the main partner of the University Logistics League.

PMI – Management Institute Poland

We are the main partner of the nationwide PMI competition and the sponsor of the selected team.

Our Future Foundation

Together we organize the Young Talents 4 Biedronka competition and participate in Our Future Forum.

At Biedronka we offer several options for students to choose from: the Management Trainee management program, the talent program for Operation Action:Operation, Owocne Wakacje summer internships, summer work in stores in tourist resorts, the IT start IT internship program or the Finance Academy.

We improve our recruitment processes every day. In the case of Management Trainee or Operation Action, candidates take part in unique games that test leadership skills and managerial competences.

The Biedronka Campus is a year-round initiative in which we cooperate with the academic and school communities.

The Management Trainee program is a unique opportunity to learn about business from scratch, undergo intensive implementation, and fast-track your career – in 2 years, participants become junior managers.
