What does it look like? system salaries in Biedronka?
Store – Starting Points
From January 2026, the store where you will work will pay you the salary corresponding to your position Seller-Cashier and Traditional Counter Vendorsj is from 5300 PLN up to 5650 zloty gross monthly. Employees with more than 3 years of service will earn from PLN 5,450 to PLN 5,900 gross base.
Biedronka has a clear remuneration system. Every employee knows what bonuses and awards are included in the salary. Earnings for entry-level positions at Biedronka include:
- basic salary,
- reward for attendance.
Additionally, our employees can count on a monthly bonus, depending on the level of budget implementation and operational procedures.
Store - Management Positions
From January 2026, in the store where you will work, the salary for the position:
- Deputy Store Manager starts with 5950 PLN gross per month to start with.
- Store Manager starts with 7,450 PLN gross per month to start with.
Salaries for managerial positions at Biedronka include:
- basic salary,
- attendance award in the case of the Senior Sales Cashier position.
Additionally, our employees can count on a monthly bonus, depending on the level of budget implementation and operational procedures.
Warehouse
From January 2026, in the Distribution Center where you will work, the salary for the position Warehouseman starts with 5,500 PLN gross per month to start with.
Salaries for the position of Warehouseman at Biedronka include:
- basic salary,
- reward for attendance.
Additionally, our employees can count on a monthly bonus.
In addition to their monthly salary, our employees can also count on:
Annual bonus – in 2024 it amounted to PLN 4,000 gross.
Salary increases after one and three years of service.
E-codes for purchases at Biedronka and Hebe – up to 4 times a year.
