Sklep – Stanowiska początkowe
Od stycznia 2025r. w sklepie, w którym będziesz pracować wynagrodzenie na stanowisku Sprzedawcy Kasjera i Sprzedawcy Lady Tradycyjnej wynosi od 5150 zł gross miesięcznie w pierwszym roku pracy. W Biedronce możesz pracować również na stanowisku Pracownika Sklepu lub Kasjera – wynagrodzenie pracowników na tych stanowiskach zaczyna się od 5100 zł gross miesięcznie na początek, ze względu na okrojony zakres obowiązków.
Biedronka posiada jasny system wynagrodzeń. Każdy pracownik wie, jakie premie i nagrody wchodzą w skład pensji. Zarobki na stanowiskach początkowych w Biedronce obejmują:
- basic salary,
- nagrodę za obecność.
Dodatkowo nasi pracownicy mogą liczyć na miesięczną premię, zależną od poziomu realizacji budżetu i procedur operacyjnych
Sklep – stanowiska kierownicze
Od stycznia 2025r. w sklepie, w którym będziesz pracować wynagrodzenie na stanowisku:
- Senior Sales Cashier starts with 5150 PLN gross miesięcznie. Za każdą przepracowaną godzinę kierowniczą przysługuje dodatek godzinowy.
- Deputy Store Manager starts with 5750 PLN gross miesięcznie na początek.
- Kierownika Sklepu starts with 7200 PLN gross miesięcznie na początek.
Zarobki na stanowiskach kierowniczych w Biedronce obejmują:
- basic salary,
- nagrodę za obecność, w przypadku stanowiska Starszy Sprzedawca Kasjer.
Dodatkowo nasi pracownicy mogą liczyć na miesięczną premię, zależną od poziomu realizacji budżetu i procedur operacyjnych.
Warehouse
Od stycznia 2025r. w Centrum Dystrybucyjnym, w którym będziesz pracować, wynagrodzenie na stanowisku Magazyniera starts with 5250 zł brutto miesięcznie na początek.
Zarobki na stanowisku Magazyniera w Biedronce obejmują:
- basic salary,
- nagrodę za obecność.
Dodatkowo nasi pracownicy mogą liczyć na miesięczną premię.
