The first meeting of Biedronka practitioners with students of the Łódź Technical School is behind us.

The Piórko competition has been organized by Biedronka since 2015. Every year, thousands of aspiring writers submit their own stories, which can then be purchased in Biedronka chain stores.

Further awards in the field of HR are confirmation of our activities to date and motivation for further work.

This year is a time of many changes for our participants in the managerial talent program. The 2019 class has finished its edition and its participants have taken up managerial positions. At the beginning of September, we also welcomed new interns from the local edition of the program.

Statistics show that as many as one in four Poles suffer from burnout syndrome. That is why we have launched the interdepartmental project Spokojna Głowa (Calm Head) at Biedronka. Its main goal is to provide our employees with knowledge and inspiration in the field of motivation, mental resilience, movement and diet.

At the beginning of July, another edition of our Summer Internship Program "Owocne Wakacje" was launched. The Biedronka team was joined by over 60 interns who will gain professional experience in various areas of our company during the holidays.

One of Biedronka's main missions is to support the development of young people. For years, we have been taking action focused on educating and increasing the professional competences of young people. Now, a new facility has come under our wing!

At the end of June, our new Facebook profile “Work at Biedronka” was launched. With its help, we want to tell you what it’s like to work at Biedronka and present our values as an employer.
