PMI PC 2025 Project Management Games are behind us!

As a partner of the PMI PC 2025 Project Management Games, Biedronka had the pleasure of participating in the finals of this prestigious event. The campaign promotes project management among students from all over Poland.

Who made it to the final?

Out of 31 teams registered for the elimination round, the 10 best teams qualified for the Project Management Games finals 🏆, representing universities from all over the country. The students demonstrated impressive knowledge, commitment and practical skills, which perfectly fits our philosophy of supporting development through action.

From knowledge to action

The Games consisted of three stages:

👉 Stage I – university-level eliminations, selecting one 5-person team from each university;

👉 Stage II – project management exam, which decided about advancement to the final;

👉 Stage III (final) – a practical design challenge that tested the knowledge and skills of the teams in a real simulation environment.

 

During the finale, we were present with our stand. We handed out awards and held talks with participants about what project management looks like at Biedronka and what career opportunities we offer in this area. We showed how project teams work on a daily basis in areas such as logistics, operations, IT and the development of new formats.

The event was organized by the Project Management Institute Poland Chapter (PMI PC). It is the Polish branch of one of the largest non-profit organizations in the world, associating professionals and enthusiasts of project management.

The games were aimed at undergraduate and graduate students. 🎓 Not only those studying project management, but also all those passionate about this area.
