

Virtual assistant on the intranet dlanaswjm.pl
Since 2020, the dlanaswjm.pl website, a dedicated intranet for Biedronka and Hebe employees, has hosted a chatbot – a virtual assistant that answers employees’ most frequently asked questions.
Over 1 million chatbot conversations!
Since its launch, the chatbot has conducted over 1 million conversations with employees! In 2024, it handled an average of 855 conversations per day, and its question recognition efficiency is 89%.
How does a chatbot help employees?
The virtual assistant was created to speed up the time it takes to get answers to repetitive questions from employees. Initially, it only supported processes such as registration, logging in and changing the password to the dlanaswjm.pl intranet. Thanks to the great interest of employees who asked various questions, the assistant was supplied with additional knowledge. Today, you can get help from him in the following areas:
- benefits and social programs for employees,

the most important information from the life of the company,

data checking (e.g. date of employment, recent decisions regarding social programs).
To make it easier for employees abroad to use the chatbot, the assistant can also answer key questions in Ukrainian and English.

Not only employees appreciated this innovative tool! In 2021, the chatbot won 1st place in the Power of Attraction competition in the category of Modern Technologies in HR. The jury distinguished this solution as innovative and unique on the market.
