Biedronka ready for another season of summer work
As every year, we invite candidates to work in tourist towns located by the sea, in the mountains and in Masuria. Summer work will be available from June in attractive locations. We invite those interested to work in Międzyzdroje, Władysławowo, Mrągowo, Mikołajki or Szczawnica, among others.
Vacation Options
During the holidays, we offer our employees the possibility of business trips or we employ external candidates under a contract of mandate to work in popular tourist destinations. All in order to maintain the highest possible standards of customer service during the holiday shopping peaks.
For new employees, we offer an hourly rate from PLN 28.10 gross, work in an attractive tourist destination, employment under a contract of mandate, and in selected locations also accommodation and meals. This solution allows you to gain experience with a leader in the trade industry in Poland, as well as to enjoy the charms of a holiday resort after work or on days off. The first candidates will be employed from June - applications can be submitted via the website: www.pracawbiedronce.pl/praca-wakacyjna/. To simplify the recruitment process, candidates do not need to attach a CV.
Our employees, employed under an employment contract, also have the opportunity to combine work with leisure, and can take advantage of a summer delegation to one of the seasonal stores. In addition to the standard salary, they can count on an additional discretionary monthly bonus, depending on the store's results, as well as a summer bonus. For people employed as salesperson-cashier in July and August in stores located in tourist resorts, it will amount to PLN 600 gross per month. It will be received by both permanent employees of several dozen stores in resorts, as well as those employed who decided to join them only for the holiday period.
This year's recruitment campaign is being conducted in a new graphic design. The campaign can be seen on social media - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Tik Tok. In addition, projects with our employees will be available in Biedronka chain stores and on outdoor media.
Summer internships for students
During the summer, Biedronka is also open to students who want to complete a 3-month paid summer internship. As every year, recruitment for the Owocne Wakacje program began in April. As part of the summer internship, interns in the Main Office in Warsaw and Regional Offices throughout Poland will gain practical knowledge of the retail industry every day. We offer candidates a contract of mandate and an attractive monthly salary of PLN 4,800 gross, depending on the number of hours worked. Recruitment lasts until the end of May. During the internship, students will participate in meetings on corporate social responsibility, logistics, building their own brand and providing feedback. They will also complete a project under the supervision of a mentor. After completing the paid internship, they will receive a certificate and will also have the opportunity to start a career at Biedronka.
