For our stores, for basic positions, recruitment is maximally simplified. Some processes are conducted without the need to attach a CV, and the invitation to the next stage is based on a completed form. After verification of documents by the Coordinator, in the case of a positive decision, job interview at Biedronka takes place in the store and is led by the Store Manager. The next stage is the Assessment Center, i.e. a group meeting aimed at verifying the required competencies and skills, e.g. leadership. The recruitment process for Distribution Centers is handled by a team of Implementation and Recruitment Specialists. After positive verification of your documents, you will be invited to the Biedronka warehouse for an interview, during which the Specialist will ask you about your experience, skills and motivation to work. You do not have a forklift license? At Biedronka, we do not require these documents, we direct newly hired employees to appropriate courses, during which they can gain the indicated qualifications.

After positive verification of documents, you will be invited to an interview with a recruiter, during which we will want to get to know you better. The next stage will be an interview with your direct superior and perhaps a member of your future team, which is beneficial for both parties - you will also be able to meet the people you will be working with at this stage.
