Biedronka with the title of Responsible Employer - HR Leader 2021

This is a great distinction for us! The award for Biedronka is a confirmation of the appropriately conducted personnel strategy. It is also a form of appreciation of our team for the actions taken in this area.

When assessing our company, the Program Chapter paid special attention to:

1. creating new, attractive jobs,
2. the eduAkcja development platform, thanks to which employees can develop their competences,
3. a rich package of internal training also for employees of stores and distribution centers, including Biedronka Logistics Academy and Biedronka Management Academy 
4. promoting internal promotions
5. an extensive employee remuneration and bonus system
6. a number of benefits and campaigns aimed at the children of our company employees
7. Biedronka's high activity in CSR-related activities and supporting pro-ecological activities.

Responsible Employers – HR Leader is a nationwide HR program. Its goal is to disseminate and promote appropriate patterns, models and strategies of actions in the field of personnel policy and the strategy of integrating personnel matters with business matters. The program applies to companies that operate in Poland and for which care for working conditions and employee development is included in the company strategy.
