How to encourage young people to work in Biedronka stores? In the new recruitment campaign, we decided on interesting slogans and eye-catching graphics to reach a demanding target group – students. Pineapples and raspberries played the main roles.

Full benefits package, part-time! The campaign for students attracts attention thanks to humorous slogans and bright colors. Thus, the creations that were placed at universities, job fairs and in social media in a funny and light way encouraged young people to recruit to Biedronka. Effects? Pineapple graphics on Facebook encouraged over 2,000 young people from the largest cities to familiarize themselves with our job offers. In just two weeks.
Young people often join our store team, some only for a short while, others decide to stay with us longer because they like the fast pace of work and appreciate the opportunities for professional development. That's why we invite everyone to familiarize themselves with the current job offers!
This is not the first collaboration between Jeronimo Martins and the creative agency Job'n'joy. This year, we also completed a project concerning summer work, the target of which are current Biedronka employees. In this way, we want to show them the possibilities of taking up employment in a tourist town and combining work with vacation. Details of this collaboration will soon be visible on our social media and in Biedronka chain stores.
