On the first day, participants had the opportunity to sum up their work so far and jointly plan the next steps. Ambassadors also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with this year's edition of the OMT managerial program (more information can be found here) and share your experiences and ideas.
On the second day, there was a trip to one of the Distribution Centers, where the Ambassadors learned the secrets of the Logistics and Recruitment Department. This opportunity helped them to understand even better the principles of operation of the Biedronka chain of stores in Poland.
In addition to the substantive part, there was also time for relaxation, including a visit to the Embassy of Taste to test products.
