- Shop Employee – if you like working in a merchandise store.
- Cashier – if you prefer customer contact.
- Seller - Cashier, who during the day is engaged in both customer service and work on the sales floor.
- Seller – traditional counter – a position for people who value working in direct customer service and care about the highest quality of products on a traditional counter.

- Senior Salesperson-Cashier co-leads shifts and works closely with the Store Manager.
- Deputy Store Manager organizes the work of the team and supports the Store Manager in various activities.

Of course. We comply with labor laws regarding night work and pay appropriate salary supplements.
Yes, it is possible to work as a Store Employee (dealing with arranging goods, cleaning, customer service and other work performed in the sales area) or Cashier (dealing with professional customer service at the cash register and taking care of the aesthetic appearance and proper display of goods in the cash register area).
Yes, depending on the store you want to work in. Most of our Store Managers try to take into account the work schedule and additional responsibilities of our employees and the schedule for a given store is set based on that.
Experience at a traditional counter is welcome – but not a necessary requirement. At Biedronka, we offer on-the-job training, during which we will teach you everything.
