SOM – who exactly?

SOM – Sales Operations Manager, i.e. Operations and Sales Manager, is a managerial position responsible for managing sales and teams in approximately 7 Biedronka stores in a selected area.

The responsibilities of the Operations and Sales Manager include:

  • implementation of company strategy and sales goals, reporting;
  • responsibility for the results achieved and striving to continuously improve them;
  • management of one of the sales regions in the indicated area;
  • motivating and developing subordinate teams – taking care of succession;
  • cooperation with other departments, e.g. operational marketing, HR.

We are looking for candidates for this role:
experienced in managing a distributed team,
ready to work full time,
focused on achieving goals,
interested in working in a changing, very dynamic environment,
who know English communicatively,
have a valid category B driving license,
having higher education.

Implementation for Operations and Sales Manager:

The implementation period for the Operations and Sales Manager lasts about 6 months and covers all stages of work in the store: Salesperson-Cashier, Deputy Store Manager and Manager. The training is partially carried out in designated training stores. During the entire implementation stage, you are provided with the support of a supervisor.
