Just outside Rzeszów, in Sokołów Małopolski, our newest Distribution Center is being built—a modern space that will soon become a key hub for logistics operations in the region. Head of the Technical Section – who will ensure the efficient functioning of the DC technical infrastructure, team management and cooperation with external services.

Controller Quality – will supervise and verify the Food Safety Management system at the Distribution Center.

Change Leader – the main tasks include warehouse management: receiving deliveries, quality and quantity control, arranging goods, completing orders, loading and unloading.

Team Leader – is responsible for organizing the work of the subordinate team and supervising the optimal course of assigned warehouse processes in accordance with standards.

Planning Specialist – is responsible for order processing and cooperation with stores to improve the quality of deliveries.

Transport Specialist – ensures the appropriate number of pallets in stores by updating schedules and responding to the needs of the stores.

Power engineer – maintains equipment, installations and facilities in working order through daily inspections.

The amount of the bonus depends on two components: a discretionary bonus, the amount of which depends on your individual results at work and an additional award for attendance. The maximum amount of the discretionary bonus is PLN 2,220 gross.

If there is such a need on the part of the Distribution Center, free training is organized for employees who express a desire to develop and have a predisposition to operate an up-and-down trolley.

The picking warehouseman works two shifts: day and night. The exact hours depend on the specific Distribution Center. The warehouseman of the Receipts, Returns and Complaints Section works three shifts: morning, afternoon and night.

Yes, although in our Distribution Centers women are not hired for Picking Warehouse positions because it involves strenuous physical work. Many women decide to join other departments, such as Receiving, Returns and Complaints or Warehouse Control.
