A summer full of talents – we have started summer IT internships and apprenticeships at Biedronka!

At Biedronka, we believe that investing in young talent is an investment in the future. That's why, as usual, our programs launched at the beginning of July:Fruitful vacation” and the “Start IT” IT internship. Thanks to them, nearly 50 students and graduates began their professional adventure with us!

Fruitful holidays – summer student internships across Poland

As part of the Fruitful Vacations program, young people join teams at our headquarters and in our macroregions, gaining practical experience at one of the largest companies in Poland. This year's program attracted enormous interest – we received over 4,000 applications, and over 300 recruitment meetings resulted in the placement of nearly 50 interns for three-month, paid internships.

Start IT – internships for young talents in the field of new technology

At the same time, the next edition of the Start IT program launched – aimed at individuals interested in developing their skills in the fields of modern technologies, IT, and digitization. From over 1,000 applications, after 25 interviews, we selected four exceptional individuals to begin six-month IT internships within our network's technological structures.

Get to know us "behind the scenes"

Both apprentices and trainees began their program with a comprehensive implementation – they visited a distribution center, a soup factory, and training and implementation stores to understand how Biedronka works from the inside.
