SheLeads Tomorrow: Biedronka supports the development of female leaders of the future

That is why we are proud to have joined the SheLeads Tomorrow program, which aims to support young women in discovering and developing their leadership potential.

💡 Meeting with inspiration

As part of the SheLeads Tomorrow program, we hosted students from the Leon Kozminski Academy during a special day of personal and professional development. The participants took part in:

• inspiring lectures given by experts from Biedronka, who talked about leadership, career paths and everyday challenges in the retail industry,

• "Speak Like a Leader" training

• a creative workshop devoted to setting and achieving goals.
