🔹 Senior Cashier – this position combines customer service on the sales floor with a broader range of responsibilities. People at this stage, in addition to displaying goods and working at the cash register, support the team in the daily organization of work, lead changes and take care of standards. This is a gentle introduction to a leadership role, which gives valuable experience for the future.

🔹 Deputy Store Manager – in this role, employees gain more responsibility. They coordinate changes, plan activities and support the manager in managing the entire team. They have a real impact on the store's results and the quality of customer service.

🔹 Store Manager – this is an independent leadership role, in which a given person is responsible for the functioning of the store and manages a team of up to 20 people. This is a task for those who want to fully use their managerial skills and have a real impact on local business.
