The second edition of the competition has started – apply by April 13!

Do you have innovative ideas and want to gain valuable professional experience? Young Talents 4 Biedronka is a competition for students (19-25 years old) who want to develop their skills under the guidance of experts and compete for attractive prizes.

🔎 What is Young Talents 4 Biedronka?

This is a unique opportunity for enterprising students who will work in teams for half a year on a project that can really affect the shopping experience of millions of customers. Finalists will receive financial prizes and the opportunity to start a career in the largest retail chain in Poland!

🤝 Why teamwork?

At Biedronka, cooperation and support are important, which is why the participants will work in Within teams of 3 people, which will be created during the spring Bootcamp.

🎁 What are the prizes?

🏅 1st place – 3 x PLN 7,500 (including PLN 500 voucher to Biedronka)
🥈 2nd place – 3 x PLN 5,000 (including PLN 500 voucher to Biedronka)
🥉 3rd place – 3 x 2,500 PLN (including a 500 PLN voucher to Biedronka)
