

Biedronka rewards employees for their commitment and financial results.
Almost 63 thousand employees of the Biedronka network will receive in April 2024 EA Soares dos Santos Special Award. The amount of the prize is 4000 PLN gross, which is an expression of appreciation for the work and contribution to the development of the company.
Who will receive a special prize?
The award was given to the following people: employees of shops, distribution centers and offices, employed in non-managerial positions.
In previous years the prizes were:
- 2023: 4000 PLN gross
- 2022: 2800 PLN gross
- 2021: 2500 PLN gross
Biedronka will allocate a total of almost PLN 300 million.

In March, employees will receive the first of four annual e-code top-ups, which range from 240 to 300 PLN. You can pay with the e-code in stores Biedronka and drugstores Hebe. The company allocated for this benefit 23.3 million PLN.
