

The #WeBiedronka ambassador program is a unique group of over 100 committed people who bring together network employees from various sectors: stores, warehouses and offices from all over Poland, to jointly build an ambassador community and support Biedronka's activities on LinkedIn.
Who and why?
Our ambassadors work in different areas of the company, presenting the diverse perspectives that can be experienced while working at Biedronka. Employees write about their work, challenges and everyday life in the store, which allows them to create a complete and authentic image of the company. A great distinction of the Biedronka project is that the ambassadors create their own content.
The main objective of the program is to represent and build an authentic image of the employer brand, based on the actual experiences and perspectives of Biedronka network employees, while developing their personal brands.
