Management program in the autumn edition!

We don't slow down during the summer at Biedronka. At the beginning of June, we welcomed 11 Management Trainee interns on board - 6 people from Biedronka and 5 from Hebe. In July, over 50 interns from the summer internship program started work. But that's not the end, because we have just launched recruitment for the next, this year's edition of Management Trainee!

Management Trainee is a two-year leadership program, aimed at graduates and students in their final year of studies, under the wings of Biedronka. By following our accelerated career path, you can fly even higher - for knowledge, experience, development and wide opportunities! This year we have changed our approach to the recruitment process. Its multi-stage nature allows us to check the fit of candidates to the industry and company. For candidates, it is an opportunity to verify whether Biedronka is the place where they want to develop. What awaits candidates in the process?

• Application and recruitment game – application to the program begins with filling out a recruitment form. Then the candidate receives a link to the first recruitment game, which tests key competencies necessary for working at Biedronka.
• Game II – analytical skills;
• Game III – managerial skills;
• Meeting with the recruiter – during this stage Asia and Maja – our recruiters, talk about the candidates’ experiences, offer and expectations;
• Meeting with management staff – the final panel is a time when you will meet representatives of the management board of our company. The entire meeting is held in English.

What do we offer under the Management Trainee Programme?

Management Trainee trainees can count on an employment contract, salary 8000 PLN gross at the start. From the beginning of the program, they take part in a specially prepared development and training path. In Biedronka they can use a package of over 20 benefits. These include private medical care, a Multisport card, holiday packages, e-codes for shopping at Biedronka and Hebe, access to the Mindgram well-being platform and many more. Interns have the opportunity comprehensive knowledge of the company, in several areas. This aspect is ensured by a few months of rotation in departments such as: e-commerce, marketing, brand development or store efficiency. After a year of the program, a career meeting is organized, where the results of the work are presented and a decision is made to continue the program, within one of two paths: expert or managerial. Management Trainee is nothing more than mobility and the opportunity to meet people from all over Poland, so after the first year, interns leave for relocation to work in one of our stores.
