From Poznań to Łódź – the journeys of the Biedronka Campus
The next events are added to the map of meetings and initiatives supported by the Biedronki Campus – a project aimed at young talents, which takes care of their development throughout Poland.
Biedronka sponsors the National Logistics Olympiad
On April 5, we took part in a ceremonial Gala in Poznań, organized by our partner – the Poznań School of Logistics. Together with the organizers, we jointly appreciated the winners and gave them gifts.
In the first stage of the Olympiad, over 5,000 students from 277 schools from all over Poland took part. 851 students from 187 schools qualified for the second stage. 68 students from 23 schools took part in the final stage.
We are very proud that together with our partner we can really support talents throughout Poland! Such initiatives confirm that the Biedronka Campus is an important and necessary initiative.
Students learn about work at the heart of our business – Operations
This is not the end of our activities! On Monday, April 8, students of the Łódź Technical School No. 3 visited one of Biedronka's stores in Łódź. During the meeting, we talked about job opportunities for the largest employer in Poland. There was also time to share knowledge about the processes thanks to which millions of customers can # buy their favorite products in our chain's stores every day. Students participating in the meeting received small gifts from Biedronka. Our guests had the opportunity to walk around the store and see from the inside how the heart of our business works - the Operations department.

Biedronka has launched a new talent program – Akcja Operacja. This is an intensive year of development for 18 participants who are preparing to take on key management positions.
