Biedronka Campus is entering a higher level

Biedronka's activities in the area of developing young talents are not slowing down. At the beginning of the new year, the largest employer in Poland announced recruitment for the Young Talents 4 Biedronka competition, in which groups of students from all over Poland will compete for the main prize of PLN 7,500 for their development. But that's not the end! Biedronka also invites ambitious, enterprising students and graduates to the next, 28th edition of the Management Trainee management program.

Young Talents 4 Biedronka Competition

The Young Talents 4 Biedronka competition is a unique project, created in cooperation with the Our Future Foundation Foundation, aimed at enterprising, innovative and resourceful students, aged 19-25. Over the course of six months, students will have the opportunity to implement a group project under the supervision of experienced Biedronka mentors - directors and managers of our chain, which can have a real impact on the shopping experience of millions of customers. At the end, the best will receive financial prizes and the opportunity to start working for the largest employer in Poland. The competition participants will enjoy unique attractions during the competition: tailored training, stationary and online meetings, cooperation with experienced mentors, a golden ticket to our partner Our Future Foundation's events, as well as financial prizes! 30 participants qualified for the first edition of the Young Talents 4 Biedronka competition - we can't wait for the first meeting!

Management Trainee Programme

Biedronka's management program, with 28 years of tradition, is nothing more than a recipe for an accelerated career path and the possibility of becoming a manager in 2 years! The program is aimed at graduates and students in their final year of studies, from various fields.

We invite to apply people who want to be part of the dynamic development of the largest trading company in Poland, who want to develop leadership skills, gain practical knowledge and business experience in key areas: #logistics, #supply chain, #purchases, #finances, #operations. Cooperation with the academic community

At Biedronka, we like to share knowledge and experience, which is why since the beginning of the year we have been continuing a series of meetings with young talents from all over Poland, during which we talk about everyday life in our company, but above all we help students and pupils develop. In January, we visited the Logistics Technical School in Łódź. People from the HR department talked about our company and the job opportunities offered by the leader of the retail industry. During the meeting, there was also some practice - students took part in a CV writing workshop, and at the end they received practical gadgets.

On March 8, the final stage of the 15th National Logistics Olympiad took place, organized by the Higher School of Logistics in Poznań, of which we are a partner. As many as 69 students from 23 schools located throughout Poland took part in the third-degree competition that day. We are eagerly awaiting the final Gala, where we will meet the winners of the Olympiad.

We are glad that thanks to such cooperation, we have a real impact on the development of young talents in our country.
