This year is a time of many changes for our participants in the managerial talent program. The 2019 class has finished its edition and its participants have taken up managerial positions. At the beginning of September, we also welcomed new interns from the local edition of the program.
The Operations Management Trainee 2019 trainees officially completed their program at the end of August. For the past two years, they have been learning the retail industry from the inside out, working in store positions from salesperson-cashier to store manager, gaining business knowledge and improving leadership skills. In accordance with the assumptions of the Management Trainee program, promotion to the position of junior manager is the next stage of development in the structures of our network.

The OMT2019 program allowed me to gain knowledge about the operation of the FMCG market and the functioning of the retail industry leader, which is Biedronka. By completing all stages of the training, I gained competences that allow me to work in many areas of the organization.
Arek, OMT 2019
Participating in the program was a valuable adventure, thanks to which I met many inspiring people. After a year, I was able to start developing as a Business Analyst in the Biedronka structures.
Jacob, OMT 2019
Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 edition could not take place. After a year, we invited 5 people to join the Biedronka team as part of the local Management Trainee program. Thus, on September 1, we welcomed the participants of the next edition of the managerial program on board. Anna, Weronika, Kaya, Patryk and Marcin joined the indicated Biedronka departments and will work on key projects.

Congratulations and we wish you continued success!
