The subpages about working in sales, the office and the benefits section are the most popular. A specially dedicated landing page thanking employees during the COVID-19 pandemic has been visited by over 20,000 users since December 2020.

We realize that a careers page can be the first source of contact for a potential candidate with an organization. That is why we try to make it modern and user-friendly, and also answer basic questions and concerns of users. We add current news from the life of Biedronka to it on an ongoing basis. What is more, we adapt its appearance to current recruitment campaigns, and we also update all information about our organization.

Our site is most frequently viewed by people from Warsaw, Wrocław and Katowice, aged 25 to 34. Almost 60% visitors use mobile phones. The most read article by far was the one about New Year's pay rises for our employees.
A new feature on our website is information about salaries for employees of our stores and logistics centers. We have added information on the benefits of working at Biedronka, such as dedicated training or our support programs.
