During the upcoming holidays, Biedronka employees will have the opportunity to combine work in seaside stores with summer recreation. The temporary transfer to tourist regions will benefit people who are normally employed in our stores in various regions of Poland. We have offered them a summer bonus, but also a flexible schedule, accommodation and coverage of travel costs. Biedronka also offers employment by the sea on the basis of a contract for services for people looking for work.

The upcoming holidays will be exceptional. This year, most of us will probably decide to spend them in Poland, most often choosing seaside resorts. Biedronka always follows the needs of its customers and thus we found the answer to the increased traffic in Baltic towns a few years ago. This year, for the fourth time, we are enabling willing employees from all over Poland to temporarily relocate to stores located on the Baltic Sea. Employees of our network have the opportunity to choose work in Jastarnia, Nowy Dwór Gdański, Stegna, Dziwnów and Władysławowo, among others. Biedronka will pay for their travel and accommodation in the chosen town.
Employees of Biedronka stores located on the Baltic Sea, in addition to their standard salary, can count on an additional bonus in the form of a discretionary monthly bonus, depending on the store's results, as well as the aforementioned summer bonus of PLN 350 gross. Biedronka will also provide delegation allowances to those who decide to go on a business trip. Employees will receive free accommodation, as well as coverage or reimbursement of travel costs. In order for them to enjoy the delights of their stay by the sea, we offer them a flexible work schedule. At the same time, in seaside towns, we also offer work based on a contract for services to people who are not employees of our network.
