E-employee code

Funds are topped up 4 times a year. To be used for purchases at Biedronka and Hebe stores. In 2025, no less than PLN 1,480 in total.

Non-repayable financial support for those struggling with sudden life problems.

Loan for housing purposes

Interest-free housing loan. The average loan amount in 2025 is PLN 4,039.

Christmas package

A package for employees (market value PLN 630 in 2025) and their children, containing: an air fryer, sweets, and toys adapted to the children's age.

Sports Card

Co-financing for a sports card enabling the use of various sports facilities throughout the country.

Non-repayable financial support for those struggling with disabilities and serious illnesses.

Integration meetings

Kayaking, bowling, or maybe going out to a restaurant? Funding for team meetings to get to know each other outside of work.

A platform providing access to free specialists, including psychologists, therapists, and lawyers.

Sports activities

Co-financing for participation in sports competitions (e.g. runs, cycle races).

Little Heroes

Funds for children with disabilities for the purchase of rehabilitation equipment, treatment, and rehabilitation. The average amount of assistance in 2025 is 4,400 PLN.

Financial support for retired employees. The average amount of benefits in 2025 is 800 PLN.

Top-ups in the form of e-employee codes

 Biedronka employees will receive four top-ups in the form of e-employee codes in 2025. The e-code is a special means of payment that is topped up by the employer. Employees can use them to make purchases in Biedronka stores and Hebe drugstores. 💰 The lowest total top-up amount is PLN 1,310. 💰
