The recruitment process varies depending on the position you are recruiting for. At the very beginning, the recruiter checks whether your experience and skills match the requirements of the offer. If you successfully pass this stage of the application, the recruiter conducts a telephone interview to check your motivation and get to know you better. Then, the recruiter proposes a recruitment meeting to get to know you in person - a representative of the department you applied for may be present at this meeting. Each of our employees goes through a 2-day training at the headquarters and a 5-day training in the store. During the implementation period, our employees take part in specially prepared training on the EduAkcja platform.

The development and promotion opportunities in our Company are very large. 90% promotions are internal promotions.
