Akcja Operacja – career development program at Biedronka has started!

Just a few months ago we were looking for candidates for the new talent program Akcja Operacja in Biedronka, and today we can boast its inauguration. The program opens up a chance for participants to quickly develop their careers.

👥 Who is participating in the Akcja Operacja program?

The program includes people who will take up roles in the next year as:
🔹 operations and sales managers,
🔹 junior logistics managers,
🔹 junior supply chain managers.

Each participant implements an individual competency development plan tailored to future challenges in managerial positions.

🌱 We focus on internal development

At Biedronka, we believe in the potential of our employees. We invited people from internal recruitment to participate in the program - as many as 6 out of 18 participants come directly from our stores and warehouses. This is proof that anyone can advance if they show initiative and a desire to develop.

🎤 An inspiring start to your career

🔹 The inauguration began with a meeting with Biedronka leaders, who talked about their path in the retail industry.
🔹 Each participant met their mentor – a development supervisor throughout the program.
🔹 Participants had the opportunity to introduce themselves and talk about their experiences so far.

🔧 What's next?

A year of intensive development, ambitious tasks and expert support – a real challenge for the participants, but also a chance for a long-term career in the retail industry.
