Akcja Operacja, or the Biedronka talent program

Apply to Biedronka's new talent program, which responds to the needs of our business - sales, logistics and supply chain operations. The program's goal is internal succession, as well as acquiring enterprising, courageous and ambitious talents from the market.

What is the programme about?

Operation Action is an intensive 14-month development program starting in May 2025, opening the opportunity for an express career in sales, logistics or supply chain.

Each participant will learn about the store's operating mechanisms and everyday challenges during their implementation. It is also time to work in a logistics or supply chain team to get to know the Biedronka business holistically.

After a year and a half of implementation, each participant will take on the role of manager.

During the program, we guarantee an attractive salary of PLN 8,500 gross, a company car for private use with a fuel card, private medical care for PLN 1 for you and your family and a package of over 20 benefits.

Who are we looking for?

• Graduates of bachelor's or master's degrees within a few years of graduation.
• Natural leaders who can manage a team, inspire others and build engagement.
• People who speak English at a communicative level.
• Candidates who are enterprising, brave and independent.
• Drivers with a category B driving license.
