Reporting violations

In connection with the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers Jeronimo Martins Polska SA has established and implemented an Internal Reporting Procedure, which is an internal procedure for reporting violations of the law and taking follow-up actions (available at the link: www.biedronka.pl/zglaszanie-naruszen). Reports of violations of the law can be made in accordance with the principles set out in the above-mentioned Procedure to the Ethics Committee Team Biedronka via a dedicated channel https://jeronimomartins.whispli.com/lp/biedronka.

Report of Breach of Law

Further to Whistleblowers Protection Act of 14 June 2024 Jeronimo Martins Polska SA has established, adopted and implemented the Internal Reporting Policy constituting an internal procedure for making reports of breaches of the law and taking follow-up actions at JMP (hereinafter referred to as the Policy).
