Biedronka will help connect seniors who need help shopping with people who are ready to help. The chain is also introducing priority entry for seniors into the store in the first hour of opening, as well as priority service at the checkout for any request from an elderly person. All this under the slogan "Time to help seniors 65+".

Connecting seniors in need with volunteers
Currently, the most important thing is to provide seniors with assistance in everyday activities so that they avoid crowded places. However, not every senior has a family that will support them, for example, in doing shopping. That is why Biedronka is getting involved in these activities. From Tuesday, March 24, special boxes and simple forms will be placed in the chain's stores. Every senior who needs help with shopping, as well as anyone willing to help, can fill out such a form and leave it in the box. Both groups can also register via Customer Service Offices of the Biedronka network by calling the number 22 205 33 00. Volunteers can also register via a form at www.biedronka.pl. In this way, Biedronka will become a link between seniors in need and people who live in their neighborhood and want to help. The network also plans to cooperate with other organizations that are ready to help seniors with shopping, so that as many people as possible have this opportunity.
