Do obowiązków Kierownika Operacji i Sprzedaży należy:
- realizacja strategii firmy i celów sprzedażowych, raportowanie;
- odpowiedzialność za osiągane wyniki i dążenie do ich nieustannego wzmacniania;
- zarządzanie jednym z rejonów sprzedaży na wskazanym terenie;
- motywowanie i rozwijanie podległych zespołów – dbanie o sukcesję;
- współpraca z pozostałymi działami, np. marketingu operacyjnego, HRu.

Okres wdrożenia na Kierownika Operacji i Sprzedaży trwa około 6 miesięcy i obejmuje wszystkie etapy pracy w sklepie: Sprzedawcy-Kasjera, Zastępcy Kierownika Sklepu oraz Kierownika. Szkolenie częściowo realizowane jest w wyznaczonych sklepach szkoleniowych. Podczas całego etapu wdrożenia masz zapewnione wsparcie opiekuna.
