- At the beginning of your career, you will find a job with us as Picking Warehouseman, which involves physical effort, but also good pay and a wide range of non-wage benefits,

- Administrative and Warehouse Inspectors ensure proper circulation of documentation in the warehouse,
- As Administrative and Warehouse Specialist you will ensure the appropriate quality and efficiency of processes in CD by organizing the working time of your team,
- Quality Controllers are responsible for maintaining the high quality of goods arriving at the Distribution Center from our suppliers,
- On the stand Planning and Transport Specialist you will be responsible for the proper organization of deliveries to stores,
- If you know the processes taking place in the Distribution Center well and are able to manage a team, we offer you a position Coordinator of the Receipts, Packaging and Complaints Section or Warehouse Control.
- Working in Technical Section you will be responsible for maintaining traffic continuity and supervising the condition of the technical infrastructure in CD.
The next step in your career
As your competences develop, you can take on managerial and directorial positions.
- Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing logistics processes in CD and improving them,
- Head of Planning Section is responsible for organizing transport and creating a delivery schedule to stores,
- Distribution Center Director takes care of the overall functioning of the CD at all levels. He is also responsible for the implementation of the Distribution Center budget.

The amount of the bonus depends on two components: a discretionary bonus, the amount of which depends on your individual results at work and an additional award for attendance. The maximum amount of the discretionary bonus is PLN 2,220 gross.
Yes, each employee is provided with a job-related course that allows them to move around the DC with a low-lift truck.
If there is such a need on the part of the Distribution Center, free training is organized for employees who express a desire to develop and have a predisposition to operate an up-and-down trolley.
The picking warehouseman works two shifts: day and night. The exact hours depend on the specific Distribution Center. The warehouseman of the Receipts, Returns and Complaints Section works three shifts: morning, afternoon and night.
Yes, although in our Distribution Centers women are not hired for Picking Warehouse positions because it involves strenuous physical work. Many women decide to join other departments, such as Receiving, Returns and Complaints or Warehouse Control.
