Over the past few months, students from all over Poland have been participating in a series of workshops and meetings that support their development as future leaders.

The second part of the Young Talents 4 Biedronka program is behind us! The teams worked on real business challenges under the supervision of mentors from Biedronka.

Biedronka has launched a new talent program – Akcja Operacja. This is an intensive year of development for 18 participants who are preparing to take on key management positions.
