The #WeBiedronka ambassador program is now 5 years old!

The year 2025 will undoubtedly be full of company anniversaries. Biedronka celebrates its 30th anniversary on the Polish market. And the #WeBiedronka program celebrates its 5th birthday!

5 years of building the Biedronka brand and personal brands

The WeBiedronka ambassador program is a unique offer for employees who, through their social media activity, show the authentic face of everyday work at the largest employer in the country.

It's been a while since the program started over 1,800 daysDuring this time, ambassadors:

• published over 5000 posts on social media,

• they generated 200,000 reactions and comments on LinkedIn,

• showed everyday work in stores, warehouses, regional offices and headquarters.

Importantly, thanks to their activity mainly on LinkedIn, participants also develop their personal brands, while sharing their knowledge, experience and everyday life at Biedronka.

This September, we had the great pleasure of meeting with the ambassadors to summarize our results, learn something new, and even paint something! 🎉🤩

What does everyday ambassadorial life look like?

The program is open to everyone – employees of stores, warehouses, regional offices, and headquarters. Our ambassadors participate in regular thematic training sessions, attend workshops to develop various skills, and engage in internal projects that help build relationships across the company.
