Biedronka flies around universities – students get to know our job offer!

Spring 2025 was an exceptionally intense time for us! Over the course of a few weeks, we visited 5 universities across Poland to meet with students and present career development programs at Biedronka. Our goal was to show that the largest employer in the country offers real development opportunities - both for those who are just starting out and those who want to take the next step in their career.

👥 What did we offer students during the events?

During meetings at universities, participants had the opportunity to:

🔍 get to know job and internship offers within the framework of the programmes:

• Owocne Wakacje – summer student internships,
• Akcja Operacja – talent program for future operations leaders,
• Management Trainee – intensive development program for graduates,
• Internship in the IT department – for students of technical and computer science courses,
