Best Quality Employer is a title awarded by the National Certification. CK is an initiative, one of the goals of which is to reward companies that provide exceptional working conditions. External experts from the National Certification appreciated our focus on developing the competences of our employees. In addition, we offer clear and safe working conditions, and our employees can count on stable employment and a number of benefits and support programs.

The EBnavi report, based on which we received the EBstars 2021 title, is an audit tool that allows employers to measure the strength and effectiveness of their HR processes. EBnavi is 200 audit questions and 500 algorithms examining the impact of individual processes on the results in reaching and engaging talent.
