Operational Marketing – the sales link with the central departments of our company. The department that implements a common strategy in every single store every day, and also guarantees Biedronka's brand distinction on the market. See what exactly Michał – Operational Marketing Manager and his team do in the video below.

The main tasks of Operational Marketing, in the central part, include project management, printing promotional materials, and folders. In addition, the Department is responsible for cost control and cooperation with other departments of our organization. The last, key projects that we managed to implement include:

standardization of graphic materials on our fleet – a system for exchanging graphics on over 1,200 trucks as quickly as possible,

QR codes in the store, from which you can read the current promotional leaflet on your phone,

cooperation in creating beautiful books, available in Biedronka stores such as: Time for Asia, Time for Portugal and others.

The most important principle in Operational Marketing is to deliver materials to the store at the right time, to place them in the right place, and to manage costs of printing and transporting them. Central Operational Marketing works closely with Regional Operational Marketing Managers, who support all activities in individual regions.
