New support programs at Biedronka!

Biedronka's basic commitment is to take care of over 70,000 employees and their families. We provide a package of over 20 social programs and benefits for people employed in Biedronka and their loved ones. Our offer is aimed at improving the quality of life and ongoing support in a difficult period.

As every year, we present a wide range of support programs, with a diverse offer for the most needy employees and their families. This time, to meet the needs of large families of our company's employees, we have launched a new program Family support is a plus. From now on, Biedronka employees who raise at least four children in school can count on special financial support once a year. This is real help, thanks to which large families will gain additional funds to buy necessary products.

Of course, that's not all! As a result of the outbreak of the pandemic, we realized that remote learning is not an easy task, especially when there are several children at home. We know that children's education is very important to our employees, so we decided to help them. We donated computer equipment to families in need. In 2020, 2,000 computers were given to children learning in remote or hybrid learning mode
