BIEDRONKA'S NEW TALENT PROGRAM
Akcja Operacja!
Akcja Operacja is a new talent program of Biedronka, responding to the needs of the heart of our business – Sales Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain. The program aims to internal succession, as well as to acquire enterprising, courageous and ambitious talents from the market.
- 14-month program, starting in May 2025, opening the opportunity for an express career in sales, logistics or supply chain;
- Attractive salary in height PLN 8,500 gross, company car for private use with a fuel card, private medical care for PLN 1 for you and your family and a package of over 20 benefits: Multisport, additional e-codes for purchases, access to the Mindgram well-being platform and many more. All this from day one!
- Rapid career development – taking over a managerial role within a year and a half.
- Intensive development program – participation in a specially prepared implementation program, during which participants will learn about the mechanisms of store operation and everyday challenges. It is also time to work in a logistics or supply chain team to get to know the Biedronka business holistically.
- A specific career path – learning the specifics of the work of a Salesperson-Cashier, Deputy Store Manager and close cooperation with the Operations and Sales Manager. The program is tailored to the specific experience of a given person.
- Possibility of relocation and work in multiple locations.

From the first day we sign an employment contract.
We will devote the last month to polishing your knowledge in the area you are interested in. If your target role is the position of Operations and Sales Manager, we will supplement the implementation with operational projects and on-the-job work. If you decide to take the managerial path in logistics or supply chain - we will supplement the knowledge in one of these departments.
The final path will be influenced by both you and the people responsible for the program. Much will depend on your development, preferences and results during implementation.
We will start recruitment in mid-January 2025. After submitting the application, we will ask you to fill out the recruitment form. The second stage is an invitation to a recruitment game focusing on on examining the managerial competences and analytical skills that are key for our organization. The link to the game will be sent to people who are positively verified at the recruitment form stage.. After completing the game, you will receive feedback from us - regardless of whether you go further or we will thank you at this stage. The next meetings are online conversations with regional HR, and then central HR. The last stage is the final panel in Polish, where you will have the opportunity to present yourself to Biedronka's management team. We plan to hire you on 5.05.2025.

The implementation process is divided into several stages and will be tailored to your experience - for example, if you are already our employee, employed as a Salesperson-Cashier, this stage will be skipped and you will immediately start the implementation at the Deputy Store Manager stage. The standard path starts with a Salesperson-Cashier and getting to know all of their duties - working at the cash register, customer service or baking bread. Then we will start the implementation for the Deputy Store Manager, and then the Store Manager, so as to get to know the cross-section of challenges in each position.
