SOM – Sales Operations Manager, czyli Kierownik Operacji i Sprzedaży, to stanowisko menedżerskie, zarządzające sprzedażą i zespołami w około 7 sklepach Biedronki, w wybranym obszarze.

Do obowiązków Kierownika Operacji i Sprzedaży należy:

  • realizacja strategii firmy i celów sprzedażowych, raportowanie;
  • odpowiedzialność za osiągane wyniki i dążenie do ich nieustannego wzmacniania;
  • zarządzanie jednym z rejonów sprzedaży na wskazanym terenie;
  • motywowanie i rozwijanie podległych zespołów – dbanie o sukcesję;
  • współpraca z pozostałymi działami, np. marketingu operacyjnego, HRu.

Wdrożenie na Kierownika Operacji i Sprzedaży:

Okres wdrożenia na Kierownika Operacji i Sprzedaży trwa około 6 miesięcy i obejmuje wszystkie etapy pracy w sklepie: Sprzedawcy-Kasjera, Zastępcy Kierownika Sklepu oraz Kierownika. Szkolenie częściowo realizowane jest w wyznaczonych sklepach szkoleniowych. Podczas całego etapu wdrożenia masz zapewnione wsparcie opiekuna.
